🦄 Droom becomes a unicorn. The automotive startup’s fresh round of funding took the company’s valuation to $1.2 billion.
The newly-minted unicorn plans to launch its initial public offering (IPO) next year.
💰 An $85-million fund for SaaS startups. The Together Fund – founded by Girish Mathrubootham (founder and CEO of Freshworks), Manav Garg (founder and CEO of Eka Software), Shubham Gupta (ex-Matrix), and Avinash Raghava (ex-Accel) – is the first VC fund in the country led by founders.
💳 FamPay partners with Visa. The deal with card issuer Visa Inc will help the payments startup launch numberless, prepaid cards for teenagers.
Earlier, FamPay was issuing cards on the RuPay network.Â
