🔍 Karnataka HC dismisses Flipkart & Amazon’s plea against CCI probe. The court observed that the inquiry by the Competition Commission of India could not be stopped at the initial stage.

CCI wants to launch a probe into whether the two companies had entered into anti-competitive agreements in violation of the provisions of the Competition Act 2002.

⚡️ Zomato’s market capital crosses Rs1 trillion. The food tech company today (July 23) became India’s first unicorn to debut on the stock exchanges. Shares opened at Rs 116/share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

💻 Info Edge acquires HR tech startup DoSelect. The acquisition was made for Rs 21 crore. DoSelect has a customer base of over 150, including PhonePe, UpGrad, and Hexaware.
