🛒 YouTube to acquire India’s Simsim. The California-based tech giant revealed its plan to acquire Simsim, an Indian video-commerce platform to connect local businesses, influencers, and customers.
💳 Razorpay acquires TERA. The acquisition of the artificial intelligence (AI)-based risk analysis platform TERA Finlabs is Razorpay’s third acquisition since it began. TERA Finlabs offers technology, risk and capital solutions to enable innovative, embedded financing solutions for businesses.Â
